Description

Wonderzee Self-catering Penthouse is situated on the Berg River, Port Owen canal in Velddrif, 146 km from Cape Town on the beautiful West Coast.

This upper penthouse unit on the top floor forms part of the owner's main house but is completely separate and has its own entrance. The lower outside area is for the owners use, solely, though guests may make use of the jetty in front of the house only to get to and from your boat.

The unit can accommodate 5 guests in 2 bedrooms. The main bedroom has a double bed while the second bedroom, which faces the canal, has a double bed with an extra single bed. There is a double sleeper couch in the living area. There are 2 bathrooms, 1 with a bath and the other with a shower and both with their own toilets. All rooms have amazing views overlooking the Port Owen canal or the Berg River.

The open plan kitchen is equipped with a stove, fridge, kettle, and microwave and all the necessary essentials. The lounge features a TV with Openview, comfy couches and flows onto the balcony that has a portable braai.

There is no secure parking inside the gate but really safe parking outside the main gate with camera surveillance

The West Coast is a beautiful region of the Western Cape, bordered by the Atlantic Ocean on the west and the Swartland on the east.
