Generally, our stay was pleasurable, save for the few disappointments encountered. Overall, our stay was lovely. The house is big and well equipped, especially the kitchen. We particularly enjoyed the outdoor showers and boma fire area. We were disappointed on arrival; the wrong access code was provided to us, and the agent contact person communicated via WhatsApp was also the wrong person, which made accessing the property a challenge. The fridge was not working properly; luckily, it's winter, otherwise our food would have gone off. WiFi accessibility was limited in some parts of the house. The pool was dirty and covered for the entire duration of our stay, which barred our access altogether.
