Smoking of cigarettes is also not permitted.
Social Gatherings, Behaviour, and Noise
Visitors are not permitted.
Guests must conduct themselves in a respectful and considerate manner at all times. Unacceptable behaviour may result in immediate eviction.
Quiet hours are strictly enforced between 22:00 and 08:00.
Refuse may not be left in front of apartment doors or in fire escape areas.
