Set against the Paarl Mountain, it offers stunning views of the valley and surrounding mountains. The apartment is conveniently close to well-known Paarl schools, making it an excellent choice during sports or cultural events.
The apartment accommodates up to 4 guests and comprises 2 air-conditioned en-suite bedrooms. The first bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed, and the bathroom is fitted with a shower-over-bath. The second bedroom contains 2 single beds that can be converted into a king-size bed, and the bathroom is fitted with a shower. Sliding doors from both rooms open onto the garden, creating a relaxed and airy atmosphere. Linen and bath towels are provided.
The unit features a kitchenette equipped with a gas stove, microwave, toaster, tea- and coffee-making facilities, fridge-freezer, and washing machine. The lounge, dining, and bar area offers comfortable seating where guests can dine and unwind. For entertainment, there is a smart TV with a full bouquet of DStv channels and access to free Wi-Fi.
The lounge flows seamlessly onto a patio overlooking the swimming pool. Guests can make use of the outdoor braai facilities, including a built-in braai area in the garden. The leafy property is divided by a fence and small gates to ensure guests’ privacy. Guests can relax by the shared swimming pool while enjoying the beautiful surroundings.
