Excellent service and hospitality. We had a wonderful time during our stay in Pretoria. The customer service was excellent – the staff really went out of their way to make us feel comfortable and cater to all our needs. It was clear that they care about their guests and are willing to go the extra mile. The only point of improvement would be the TV set-up. The way it is set up doesn't make it entirely practical or convenient. However, this is a minor detail compared to the overall excellent experience we had. We would definitely stay here again and can highly recommend it!
