House Rules

All units are strictly non-smoking. Designated smoking areas with ash bins are provided outside the units for your convenience. We kindly ask that you make use of these areas only.
Each unit is thoroughly cleaned after every guest’s stay by our dedicated on-site laundry and housekeeping team, available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Daily servicing is not included unless arranged in advance.
Please note that our venues do not serve meals. Some units are equipped with kitchens; others are not. If you require a unit with kitchen facilities, please confirm prior to booking.
Food deliveries from external outlets are permitted. However, we kindly ask that you notify management of any expected deliveries. Alternatively, please ensure the courier contacts you directly upon arrival at the gate to avoid unnecessary disturbance to other guests.
