Breakage Deposit

A refundable breakage deposit of R400 is payable directly to the property.

House Rules

One small house-trained dog is allowed; however, arrangements must be made in advance, and additional fees and requests apply.

A pin to the lock-box will be sent to the guest once proof of payment of the key/damage deposit has been received. The deposit is fully refundable on the day of departure, provided everything is found to be in order after inspection.

No smoking is allowed inside the unit.

Please keep noise levels reasonable at all times, and especially down after 21:00.

Right of admission reserved.

The use of the aircon is charged separately at an additional fee per day.

A convenient self-check-in system has been implemented, This affords the guest the flexibility to arrive at their own time. The host is non-intrusive, yet available via WhatsApp.

Meals and housekeeping are not provided.

The host will communicate and arrange a cleaning schedule directly with guests who book for longer periods.
