House Rules

Children younger than 13 years old are not allowed.

Pets are not allowed.

Smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere on the property. If smoking occurs, an additional cleaning fee of R1500 will be charged.

Parties and gatherings of any kind are not permitted. Noise must be kept low, especially between 10:00 and 07:00, to avoid disturbing neighbors. Any fines from the Body Corporate will be charged to the guest along with a R1000 handling fee.

The primary guest must have a verified profile on Airbnb.

Only booked guests are allowed to sleep in the apartment. Bookings made on behalf of others are not accepted.

Visitors may not exceed two persons at any time and may not stay overnight. If the number of overnight occupants exceeds four, an additional fee of R500 per person per night will be charged.

No firearms, weapons, illegal substances, or illegal activities are allowed.

The apartment is not serviced for short stays. No laundry service is provided, but guests may use the washing machine. Laundry services are available nearby at Benmore Center.

Cable TV includes a basic channel selection along with access to Showmax and Disney+. Netflix is not provided but guests may log into their own Netflix account.

Standard check-in time is 15:00. For same-day bookings, check-in is between 18:00 and 22:00. After 22:00 check-in is by request only and requires special security arrangements.

Standard check-out time is 10:00. Early check-in and late check-out requests must be made at least 48 hours in advance and are subject to availability.

Early check-ins before 08:00 and late check-outs after 17:00 will incur additional charges.

Early check-ins and late check-outs are not guaranteed and will be confirmed 24 hours prior to arrival. Guaranteed early or late access requires blocking out nights and paying for the extra night.

Unauthorised late check-out fees apply as follows: more than 1 hour late incurs R500, more than 2 hours late incurs a full night’s charge. Guests are liable for losses if their late check-out causes a next guest to cancel.
