House Rules

Please note that guests cannot check in on 25 and 26 December and 1 January.
The apartment operates on prepaid electricity. Guests are responsible for their electricity use, and a starting amount will be provided on arrival. Additional electricity must be topped up by guests.
The apartment is self-catering. Basic supplies provided on arrival include soap, shower gel, cream, toilet paper, bin liners, coffee, tea, sugar, and dishwashing liquid.
Only up to 2 guests are allowed to stay overnight at any time.
Pets are not allowed.
No parties are permitted.
Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment.
Bath towels may not be used as swimming towels.
All windows and doors must be closed when the apartment is unoccupied.
Guests must not make excessive noise or play loud music. Quiet hours are from 22:00 to 08:00.
Guests may not use the elevator with wet feet.
Laundry or towels may not be hung over balcony railings.
No items, food, or cigarettes may be thrown from the balcony.
A breakage deposit must be paid before arrival and will be refunded after check-out.
