Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R7200 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
All guests are required to complete, sign, and return the official booking forms, along with the necessary identity documents requested by the Zimbali Estate. These forms will be sent to the main guest by Zimbali Homes and must be returned at least 48 hours before arrival to allow time for processing by the estate’s security office.
Guests aged 18 and older must provide a copy of their identity document. For minors, dates of birth must be supplied.
Late submissions will delay access to the estate. Please note that no refunds or postponements will be issued in such cases. Access will only be granted once documentation has been processed by the Zimbali Estate.
No day visitors, additional guests, or external service providers are permitted during your stay.
A refundable damage deposit is required, payable directly to the Zimbali Homes Trust Account.
For stays of 4 nights or less, the deposit is equal to one night’s rental or a minimum set rate, whichever is greater.
For stays of more than 4 nights, a deposit of 20% of the total booking value is required.
The deposit will be refunded within 10 working days after departure, provided there are no damages to the property or fines issued by the Zimbali Estate. Any fines or damages will be deducted before the balance is refunded.
A separate invoice for the deposit will be issued once the booking is confirmed, and payment must reflect in the trust account before access is granted.
Estate Rules:
No pets are permitted within the Zimbali Estate, as it is a protected eco-estate.
Changes to guest details during a stay will require 24 hours’ notice, as new access documents must be processed. An administration fee will apply for reprocessing.
