For stays of 7 days or more, guests may need to purchase additional units for electricity or water. Unregistered guests or visitors are not permitted without prior approval.

Quiet hours are from 21:00 to 09:00, and guests are asked to be mindful at all times.

Keys may only be handed to the booking holder.

Laundry & Towels may not be hung on balconies.

Smoking and the use of drugs or any other substances are strictly prohibited.

No pets are allowed.

Any violation will result in immediate eviction without refund and may incur additional cleaning or damage fees.
