3433 on Klipspringer Selfsorgeenheid is a spacious modern house for 6 guests in Marloth Park, Mpumalanga which borders the Kruger National Park and is approximately 900 m walking distance from the Crocodile River.

This spacious open-plan house has a private patio, boma and swimming pool surrounded by the bushveld and is directly next to a green belt.

The self-catering unit has 3 spacious en-suite bedrooms with air conditioning, as well as ceiling fans in each room. The main bedroom has a queen-size bed. The second bedroom and the third bedroom also have a king-size bed each. All 3 rooms have their own private balcony overlooking the woodland.

A solar system and a Jo-Jo water tank are installed for guests' comfort.

The kitchen is equipped with a fridge-freezer, ice machine, Nespresso coffee machine, gas stove, and washing machine. A gas braai is available for rainy days. There is also air conditioning and each room has a ceiling fan. Free Wi-Fi, a smart TV with Netflix, and daily cleaning services are available at an extra cost. Linen and towels are provided. A solar system and water tank are available during load shedding. Only swimming towels must be provided yourself.

The living area leads to a beautiful large covered patio overlooking the splash pool and boma. The house has an alarm system with armed control. Please note that parts of the house are reached via stairs and may not be suitable for children, elderly guests or guests with disabilities.

Guests can also visit the Bushveld Atlantis Waterpark and various restaurants.
