4 Thera Way, Calypso Beach is a self-catering, double-storey free-standing house that is located in a secure estate with 24/7 security in Langebaan.
Ideal for large groups of up to 10 guests looking for a comfortable breakaway, close to a variety of attractions.

The house is spacious and tastefully decorated, comprising 5 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms fitted with either a bath or shower, and an open-plan living area.
One bedroom is on the ground level, the rest on the upper level, each furnished with a queen or double bed. The kitchen in the house is fully equipped, containing a double-door fridge, a gas stove and electric oven, a washing machine and dishwasher, as well as other appliances.

The lounge offers comfortable leather sofas to relax on, with a flat-screen smart TV.

On the upper level is a bar and playroom with a pool table and TV. Stack doors open onto the balcony. There is a built-in braai facility.

The house is unfortunately not pet-friendly. No pets of any kind will be allowed as per the estate rules for short-term rentals.

The garages are for the use of the owners only. Off-street parking is available for 4 vehicles on the property. A maximum of 4 vehicles are allowed inside the estate, and only 4 entry pins will be allowed per booking. Additional vehicles are to park outside of the security gate in the dedicated spaces.

4 Thera Way is within close walking proximity to the beach, Club Mykonos, shops, restaurants, and various other facilities and attractions within the area.
