House Rules

There are strict noise policies in place, and guests should please refrain from excessive noise and playing loud music.

Please note that only the number of guests booked are allowed to make use of the premises. Only guests occupying the holiday flats are allowed to use the main pool.

One undercover parking bay for one vehicle is permitted, and open bay parking is available.

Parties, non-compliant functions, and gatherings are prohibited.

The apartment is strictly non-smoking.
Failure to adhere to this rule will result in forfeiting the breakage deposit.

Damages and breakages must be reported to the Manager. Charges may apply for linen stains, sunscreen stains, and upholstery stains.

Upon departure, the apartment must be left in the same condition as on arrival. A fine will be issued if the apartment is left in a disorderly state.
