Only guests included in the original booking are permitted to stay in the unit. No additional visitors are allowed.
Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited inside the units. Guests found smoking will receive one warning. Continued transgressions will result in a fine. Repeated violations may lead to eviction without compensation.
Out of respect for other residents, noise levels must be kept to a minimum at all times.
All apartments are self-service. Daily housekeeping can be arranged at an additional cost, subject to availability. Please note that only the WEX1 units located on the 4th floor include free daily cleaning in the nightly rate.
Check-out time is strictly 10:00.
