Children and infants are welcome.
Pets are not allowed.
Smoking is not allowed (strictly a non-smoking environment).
Additional charge of R1,500 if smoking occurs anywhere on the property (including stairwell) to cover professional steam cleaning.
Parties are not allowed.
Only booked guests are allowed to sleep in the apartment (no bookings on behalf of others).
No firearms or weapons allowed.
No illegal substances or activities.
Apartment not serviced for short stays.
No laundry service provided, but a washing machine is available.
Netflix is not included; guests may log in with their own account
Open parking bays are available outside.
Basement parking is reserved for permanent residents.
Guests parking in basement bays will be liable for fines plus R1000 handling fee.

Visitors:

Maximum of 2 visitors is allowed at any time.
No overnight visitors.
Overnight occupants may not exceed 4 guests, extra guests will be charged R500 per person per night.
No loud music.
No gatherings or parties.
Quiet hours between 10:00 pm and 7:00 am.
Guests are liable for any fines from the Body Corporate plus an R1000 handling fee.
