House Rules

Due to unpleasant endings with previous guests, we have unfortunately had to put rules and regulations in place. The apartment is NOT a party venue, excessive alcohol use, loud music, and late nights are not permitted due to the disturbance of other guests in the complex. Guests ignoring these rules will immediately be escorted off the property by security with no refund.
No students.
Guests need to bring their own bath and swimming towels - No towels are supplied in the unit.
No pets permitted.
