Breakage Deposit

A refundable breakage deposit of R6750 is payable directly to the property.

House Rules

Electricity up to R2000 is included. Extra usage will be billed separately. Average monthly use is around R1000, so it’s unlikely that guests will exceed this with normal use.

Construction work is ongoing in the building and is expected to continue until November 2025. Although the work is not inside the apartment, some daytime noise or disruption may occur on weekdays. This information is provided for transparency to help guests make an informed decision about their stay.

No parties or events allowed.

Smoking inside the property is not permitted.

No unregistered guests allowed on the premises.

Quiet hours from 22:00 to 08:00, please be respectful of neighbours.

Pets are not allowed unless previously approved.

Please turn off lights, heating/cooling, and appliances when not in use or when leaving the property.

Keep the property clean and tidy, treat it as you would your own home.

Dispose of trash in the bins provided and do not leave food out, especially overnight.

Check-out is by 10:00, unless otherwise arranged.

Any damages or issues should be reported immediately.
