Price Includes

The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering and contains a stove, microwave, fridge, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, and coffee plunger. Linen and bath towels are provided. Unlimited Wi-Fi and a full DStv package are included in the rate. A gas braai and a gas bottle are available on the front balcony. Secure parking is provided for 2 vehicles inside the building, and guests have access to a heated swimming pool, gym, and sauna.

Breakage Deposit

A refundable breakage deposit of R2000 is payable directly to the property.

After the booking is confirmed, guests will receive the required documentation, including the Guest Registration Form, Indemnity Form, and Terms and Conditions. These documents must be completed and returned, along with a copy of the guest’s ID or passport.

The apartment uses a prepaid electricity system. A credit of R300 is loaded prior to arrival, and guests will be responsible for any additional electricity usage during their stay.

Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied and supervised by a parent or guardian while using the play area and swimming pool.
