Breakage Deposit

A refundable breakage deposit of R2000 is payable directly to the property.

House Rules

Please take note of the rules and regulations at Sea Lodge.

The damage deposit of R2000 will be required prior to check in.

No parties or events are permitted at Sea Lodge. This is an apartment block with many permanent residents as well as a strictly run body corporate. “Quiet time” is from 9:30pm - 7am. So no loud music ect, please be considerate for other guests/residents within Sea Lodge. Security will ask you to leave the premises if these rules are broken, a damage deposit will also be debited should this happen.

Penalties for Breach of Conduct Rules.

Disturbance of the peace - R5000
Damage to common property - R5000 (plus cost of restoration)
Throwing of objects over balconies - R3000 (Plus cost of damage repair)
Abuse of Sea Lodge staff - R1500
Overcrowding - R3000
Glass or alcohol in Swimming pool - R1000
Consuming alcohol in unapproved common areas - R1000
Illegal Parking - R500
Feeding of monkeys - R500
Unauthorized access to restricted areas - R500

Please note no pets of any kind are permitted.

No smoking within the unit, that includes vaping/hubbly ect. I am a non smoker so I’m fussy with this request. No hubbly bubbly‘s are permitted inside or on the balcony. You will forfeit a portion of your security deposit if the unit sinks of cigarette/hubbly smoke upon your departure.

No matric students (rage participants) are allowed to book or rent out the apartment as per body corporate rules.
