The bedrooms in the flat are furnished with a double bed and 2 single beds, respectively. The main bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, and the second room uses a separate bathroom, both fitted with showers. There is an open-plan kitchenette with a fridge-freezer, gas stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and washing machine. A comfy seating area, a TV, a breakfast counter, and a built-in braai are available in the living area. The number of guests specified in the booking is the maximum allowed. The holiday rental manager may conduct occasional checks to ensure compliance with the booked occupancy.
Guests are expected to maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the house. Dishes should be washed, trash disposed of, and wet towels and clothes hung out to dry to prevent infestations. On the final day of the stay, all rubbish bags should be placed on the sidewalk or in the designated area for municipal collection.
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house. Smoking is permitted outside, and guests should use ashtrays if provided and dispose of cigarette butts responsibly. Pets are not allowed unless prior approval has been given by the owner.
Quiet hours are from 22:00 to 08:00. Guests are asked to be considerate of neighbors, some of whom are permanent residents, and to help maintain a peaceful environment for all.
Guests are expected to treat the property with care. Any damages or breakages should be reported promptly to the holiday rental manager. A security deposit is held to cover any necessary replacements identified by the Peace of Mind team.
Basic amenities are provided at the start of the stay. As the property is self-catering, guests are responsible for purchasing any additional supplies needed during their stay.
Parking is typically available in front of the house unless otherwise instructed. Garages are not available for use.
