House Rules

No smoking inside the apartment, please.

No pets are allowed.

Noise levels must be kept to a minimum between 10 pm and 8 am. No loud music is permitted. Please respect the other residents in the block, especially our lovely neighbour, Tara.

Please do not leave trash outside the door. Bins for recycling and general waste are located next to the washing lines in the garden downstairs. Green bins are for recycling, black bins for general refuse, and wooden compost boxes are for old fruit, vegetables, and coffee grounds. We also collect eggshells for the veggie garden.

Please ensure all windows and doors are closed and locked when leaving the apartment. All sunsets should be enjoyed with a glass in hand. Good coffee is a necessity, not a suggestion.
