House Rules

Guests may be welcomed by a friendly dog and cat, eager to greet them with wagging tails and gentle purring.
Acacia Gastehuis does not provide braai facilities.
Parties are not permitted on the property.
Secure on-site parking is available for standard vehicles only.
Due to the residential area, utility vehicles and trucks are not accommodated, and street parking is not permitted.
Trailers and campers require prior arrangement and confirmation.
Lunch packs and dinners can be requested at an additional cost, subject to availability and the time of inquiry. Lunch packs and dinners are not available from Friday to Sunday.

To maintain a peaceful environment, Acacia Gastehuis accommodates only booked guests, with no outside visitors permitted.

Quiet hours are observed from 21:00 to 08:00.

Children are welcome; however, rooms do not have additional capacity for extra beds. Please advise us of the requirements before booking. Children must be accompanied by adults at all times.

A small splash pool is available for guests and resident owners from 15:00 to 18:00.
Pool gates to remain closed at all times.
Children must be supervised, and no jumping or running is allowed around the pool. The pool is used at guests' own risk, and loud music is prohibited. The pool is closed from May to October.

During load shedding, Acacia Gastehuis provides 2 emergency lights per room, with the main and bathroom lights and Wi-Fi remaining operational. An emergency generator is available to maintain water pressure between 06:00-07:00 and 18:00-20:00 for quick showers.

Guests are not allowed to bring their pets, but there are friendly, well-trained pets on the premises.
