House Rules

All guests are required to provide their SA ID or Passport or Driver’s license on arrival and to complete and sign our Indemnity Form.

Personal information will only be used, disclosed and retained for the purpose for which it was collected unless the individual has otherwise consented, or when its use, disclosure or retention is required or permitted by law.

Smoking indoors is strictly prohibited. Smoking indoors will result in the deposit being retained.

Free Wi-Fi is provided. The password is displayed in the room.

Your security is our priority. The property is protected by an electric fence and we also have surveillance cameras at strategic places. Please report any suspicious behaviour and take care of your valuables.

Please be considerate of other guests. From 22h00 to 06h00, noise should be kept to an absolute minimum.

No visitors are allowed to accompany our guests to their rooms under any circumstances. The communal area is available for entertaining visitors.

We will hold you responsible for any damage or loss caused to our property by your acts or omissions, default, accident or neglect. By booking with us, you agree to indemnify us and to pay us on demand an amount reasonably required to make good or to rectify such damage or loss caused by you. Normal wear and tear are excluded.

There will be no refunds for early departures, for breakdowns of air conditioner, heater, appliances, etc, if said breakdown is due to weather and /or other conditions over which the house owner has no control.

Should any items be taken or removed, the cost of replacement will be charged in full. Rooms are furnished with a TV with DSTV, safe (keys at reception), microwave oven, coffee station and a bar fridge.

Laundry can be arranged.

Fire extinguishing equipment is located at various points and the Lapa near the Jet Pool.

Breakfast is served from 06h30 to 08h30 during weekdays and 08h00 to 08h30 on weekends. Please notify reception whether you will be having breakfast and what time will be convenient. Should you require dinner, please notify reception prior. Braai packs and braai facilities are also available.

Guests who do not respect these basic rules will be asked to vacate the premises immediately without any refund.
