House Rules

Please be respectful of the peace of guests in the neighbouring accommodation and of neighbouring residents.
Quiet hours are to be observed between 22:00 and 06:00.
No parties or events are allowed.
Please supply your own firewood, use the fireplaces provided, and don’t leave fires unattended.
Pets: maximum two well-behaved pets per booking; must be house-trained and over 6 months of age; maximum weight limit: 20kg per pet (exceptions may be considered); aggressive breeds or pets with a history of biting are not permitted; must be declared at time of booking to avoid cancellation without refund. Pet fee applies.
Smoking is prohibited inside the cottage.
Dangerous materials or substances are not allowed.
Remember to lock up whenever you’re off-premises.
