Breakage Deposit

A refundable breakage deposit of R4000 is payable directly to the property.

House Rules

Guests are advised that a 4x4 vehicle is required to reach Aloha Estate, and tyre pressure should be reduced by 1.2–1.5 bars. No 2x4 vehicles are permitted on the estate, as they damage the roads.

The swimming pool has no safety features, and use of the pool and associated facilities is entirely at guests’ own risk.

Groups of guests under the age of 25 must be accompanied by an adult or parent for the duration of their stay.

Guests are required to bring toilet paper, beach towels, all food and drinks, drinking water, toiletries, mosquito repellent, torches, and any other personal items such as soaps and lotions.

A refundable breakage deposit is required and will be refunded within two weeks of departure, depending on any damage or missing items.

There is a compulsory staff tip payable to the head housekeeper on the day of departure. The villa has three full-time staff members who clean, make beds, and wash dishes.

Late check-out is available on request only and is subject to availability. No pets are permitted, and loud music, parties, and functions are not allowed. All guests must comply with estate rules, including a strict noise curfew between 22:00 and 06:00. Failure to comply will result in a warning, and repeated non-compliance may result in forfeiture of the breakage deposit or immediate eviction from the property, with no refund for unused nights.
