Breakage Deposit

A refundable breakage deposit of R6500 is payable directly to the property.

House Rules

A 4x4 vehicle is required to reach Aloha Estate, with tyre pressure reduced by 1.2 to 1.5 bars. No 2x4 vehicles are permitted on the premises, as they cause damage to the estate roads.

The swimming pool at the property has no safety features, and use of the pool and associated amenities is strictly at guests’ own risk.

The house employs two housekeepers responsible for cleaning, washing dishes, making beds, and general upkeep, while the gardener maintains the pool, braai, and outside areas. Staff are available during set working hours, and additional services outside these hours are possible on request. There is a compulsory staff tip of R150 per day this includes your day of arrival and departure. It is payable in cash to the head housekeeper on the day you depart.

Guests are advised to bring food and drinks, charcoal and fire starters, washing liquid, toilet paper (one roll is supplied per bathroom), adapters, and beach towels.

A refundable breakage deposit is required prior to arrival and is refunded within two weeks of departure. Late check-out is available on request, subject to the house’s availability, with a set check-out time.

Pets are not permitted at the property. Loud music, parties, and functions are not allowed, and all guests must comply with the estate rules. Absolutely no noise is allowed between 22:00 and 06:00. Failure to comply will result in a warning. Repeated non-compliance may lead to forfeiture of the breakage deposit or guests being asked to vacate the property with no refund for unused nights.

Should the property be booked by a group of youngsters, guests under 25 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or adult supervisor.
