Breakage Deposit

A refundable breakage deposit of R4000 is payable directly to the property.

House Rules

A 4x4 vehicle is required to access Aloha Estate, and tyre pressure should be reduced by 1.2 to 1.5 bars. No 2x4 vehicles are permitted on the premises, as they damage the estate roads.

The swimming pool has no safety features, and use of the pool and associated amenities is strictly at guests’ own risk. Guests are requested to thoroughly rinse off all tanning lotions before using the bathroom towels or bed linen, as these can cause permanent staining.

Ivone serves as the housekeeper, responsible for cleaning, washing dishes, making beds, and general upkeep of the house. The gardener maintains the pool, braai, and outside areas. here is a compulsory staff tip of R150 per day this includes your day of arrival and departure. It is payable in cash to the head housekeeper on the day you depart.

Guests are advised to bring food and drinks, charcoal and fire starters, aerial washing liquid, toilet paper (one roll is supplied per bathroom, thereafter guests should provide their own), adapters, and beach towels.

Late check-out is available on request, subject to incoming bookings, and should the house be available, departure must be no later than 15:00.

No pets are permitted. Loud music, parties, and functions are not allowed, and the estate enforces a noise curfew at 22:30. Failure to comply may result in forfeiture of the breakage deposit.

The property features built-in braai facilities. Charcoal and wood are available for purchase on-site; guests should ask the gardener for assistance.

Should the property be booked by a group of youngsters, guests under the age of 25 are not permitted without parental or adult supervision.
