Breakage Deposit

A refundable breakage deposit of R5000 is payable directly to the property.

House Rules

A 4x4 vehicle is required to access Aloha Estate. Tyre pressure should be reduced slightly for the sandy roads, and 2x4 vehicles are not permitted as they can damage the estate roads.

The swimming pool has no safety features, and use of the pool and all associated amenities is strictly at the guest’s own risk.

Due to the remote location of the houses, there may be occasional interruptions to the electricity supply, which can affect water pumps and result in temporary water supply issues.

Guests are required to bring toilet paper, beach towels, food, drinks, toiletries, and other personal items.

There is a full-time housekeeper. She cleans, makes beds, and washes dishes. A compulsory fee of R100 per day is to be paid to her on your departure date. This includes your arrival and departure days. If You are 10 or more people then an extra housekeeper is brought in. The extra housekeeper must be paid R100 per day (this includes your day of arrival and departure).

Late check-out is available on request and subject to the house being available, and guests are requested to check out no later than 15:00.

Pets are not permitted. Loud music, parties, and functions are strictly prohibited, and all guests must comply with the estate rules. Quiet hours are observed between 22:00 and 06:00. Failure to comply may result in a warning, and continued non-compliance may result in forfeiture of the breakage deposit or immediate eviction, without refund for any unused nights.

Guests under 25 years of age are not permitted without adult supervision.
