Breakage Deposit

A refundable breakage deposit of R4000 is payable directly to the property.

House Rules

Staff are on duty until 16:00. Guests arriving after this time will need to collect their keys from security, as staff assistance will not be available for offloading or check-in.

The swimming pool at the house has no safety features, and use of the pool and associated amenities is strictly at guests’ own risk.

Should the property be booked by a group of youngsters, guests under the age of 25 are not permitted without parental or adult supervision.

Guests are required to bring beach towels, washing powder for the washing machine, dishwashing liquid, Stay Soft, food and drinks, drinking water, bin bags, and personal items such as soaps and lotions. All bathrooms are stocked with a small bath soap and two toilet rolls; thereafter guests must supply their own.

The staff consists of Lydia, Martha, and Sam, who maintain the house during working hours from 08:00 to 16:00 on weekdays and 08:00 to 13:00 on weekends. Should their services be required outside of these hours, overtime arrangements can be made directly with them.

A refundable breakage deposit is required prior to arrival and will be refunded within 14 days of departure, subject to any deductions for damages.

Late check-out is available on request only, subject to the availability of the house. Check-out must be completed no later than 15:00.

No pets are permitted at any of the GoBundu houses. Loud music, parties, and functions are not allowed. All guests must comply with the rules of the estate. Absolutely no noise is allowed between 22:00 and 06:00. Failure to comply will result in a warning. Repeated non-compliance may lead to forfeiture of the breakage deposit and guests being asked to vacate the property immediately, with no refund for any unused nights.
