Price Includes

Rates displayed are on a self-catering basis.
Private 2 bedroom top floor apartment with separate entrance via external staircase.
The staircase is steeper than normal staircases and not suitable for elderly and frail persons.
Access to the communal backyard with a fire pit and braai grids.

Breakage Deposit

A refundable breakage deposit of R1000 is payable directly to the property.

House Rules

Smoking is permitted only on the balconies.
The host will supply organic cleaning products, soaps, and shampoos for guests.
To address water restrictions and shortages, the owner has set up the greywater from the house to irrigate the garden.
No parties or loud music after 20:00
