Breakage Deposit

A refundable breakage deposit of R400 is payable directly to the property.

House Rules

Check in is from 14:00 and check out before 10:00

No smoking allowed inside building.

No pets allowed.

Please check inventory on arrival and report shortages/ damages to owner.

Designated parking for guest are available inside the
complex speed limit within complex is 5km/h

All activities for kids under the age of 10 must be supervised by an adult.

Swimming pool is from 09:00 to 18:00.

Swimming pool are used at own risk and displayed rules should be observed.

Swimming pool are only available for guest of Seabreeze Cabanas.

No pool parties are allowed.

The owner will not be held responsible for any injuries or loss of property.

All visitors must report to security at the gate upon arrival. Overnight stays by visitors are not permitted, and all visitors are kindly requested to depart by no later than 22:00.

No noise allowed after 22:00.
