House Rules

Notice of Scheduled Maintenance – ATKV Klein-Kariba

ATKV Klein-Kariba would like to inform guests that the heated outdoor pool at the padel court will be closed from 21 to 28 July 2025 for essential maintenance. During this time, the heated indoor pool and an alternative heated outdoor pool will remain open for everyone’s enjoyment.

For group bookings of 20 or more guests (five or more units or campsites), special arrangements apply. A group deposit will be required, and a dining area should be booked in advance to ensure availability.

As a family-friendly resort that welcomes young children, the property maintains a peaceful and safe environment for all visitors. For this reason, loud noise and parties are not permitted, and quiet hours are observed from 22:00 to 07:00. To keep the atmosphere tranquil, music from motor vehicles or private sound systems may not be played anywhere on the resort grounds. Guests must be 18 years or older to make a booking, and unfortunately, pets cannot be accommodated.

Each accommodation unit has a set maximum capacity which may not be exceeded. For example, a four-sleeper unit may only host four guests. Extra beds are not provided, and additional adults or children beyond the stated capacity cannot be accommodated.

Smoking is not allowed inside any accommodation unit or building. In line with the law, fines may be issued for non-compliance. The use of hookah or hubbly bubbly pipes is also not permitted anywhere on the premises.

When making a booking, guests are asked to accept the resort’s full terms and conditions as provided by management. Each unit or campsite allows parking for one vehicle only, with additional vehicles charged at a daily rate. Please note that administration and bank fees apply to cancellations and refunds.

For the safety of all guests, EFT payments must be made at least two days prior to arrival. If payment is not visible in the resort’s bank account upon arrival, the outstanding balance will need to be settled before check-in. Refunds will be processed once payment reflects. No keys or permits will be issued until the account is paid in full, and cheque payments are not accepted.

Accommodation units are serviced daily to keep your stay comfortable. Visitors and day visitors are not permitted in the units or anywhere on the property. Guests using the camping facilities are kindly reminded to bring their own power-point adapter, swimming towels, and dishcloths. Only appropriate swimwear is allowed in the swimming areas.

During off-peak midweeks, the resort may also host conference or school groups, adding to the lively community atmosphere.
