Breakage Deposit

A refundable breakage deposit of R3000 is payable directly to the property.

House Rules

Strictly no events or parties, such as hen parties and bachelor parties, are permitted.

A breakage deposit is payable in full 7 days prior to arrival (EFT). The breakage deposit is fully refunded within 3 days of check-out, assuming no damages are reported by the cleaning company.

Unfortunately, the property cannot accommodate children or pets due to the absence of a perimeter fence.
