Breakage Deposit

A refundable breakage deposit of R8000 is payable directly to the property.

House Rules

Guests pay a refundable damage deposit after the booking is confirmed.
This payment must be made via credit card directly to the establishment.
Any damages to the property or furniture will be deducted from the damage deposit. Should there be no damages to the property, furniture and or linen, the deposit will be refunded in full.
Please leave all garbage bags in the front yard every Wednesday.
The property has a backup power supply in case of load shedding for all appliances except the stove.
The apartment has a smart TV, where guests can sign into their own streaming account on the app of their choice.
