House Rules

There is no breakage deposit required upon booking, however guests will be invoiced upon check-out should there be any breakages or stains on furniture/linen. In addition cleaning will be charged in extreme cases. This is payable within 7 days.

Arriving earlier than check-in time or have a bit later flight, enquire from our team regarding our storage facility for your luggage.

All Avemore apartments are family-friendly, let us know if you like us to provide you with a crib, or baby chair.

This property is child-friendly.

The property has a backup power supply in case of load shedding for all appliances except the stove.

The apartment has a smart TV, where guests can sign into their own streaming account on the app of their choice.
