Avemore Lagratitude No 6 is a beautiful and modern self-catering apartment situated in Central Stellenbosch within walking distance of fabulous restaurants. This unit has an inverter and a gas stove for a backup power source for load shedding.
Upstairs guests will find 3 beautifully decorated bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom, crisp linen, electric blankets, and air conditioning. Of the 3 bedrooms, 1 comprises a king-size bed, 2 comprise queen-size beds as well as 2 full en-suite bathrooms and 1 en-suite bathroom with a shower.
A welcoming entrance hall leads to an open-plan fully equipped kitchen where memorable dinners can be made. The dining room has a spectacular solid wooden table and complements the comfortable lounge where guests can sign into their Netflix profile, fireplace, and air-conditioning. Large doors open onto a cosy enclosed patio area with a built-in braai for those chilly, rainy days or evenings. The apartment has a smart TV, where guests can sign into their own streaming account on the app of their choice.
The small garden gives the apartment a great feeling of privacy and here guests can just relax and unwind. The lock-up garage contains a washing machine and a tumble-dryer. Free parking is available for 2 vehicles, 1 in the lock-up garage and 1 open parking in front of the garage. Housekeeping can be arranged on request and free Wi-Fi is available. Guests are able to use the swimming pool at Leverger.
