Avemore le Verger Rare Gem is tucked away in a shady, green, and serene corner of the Stellenbosch Winelands, with views of olive groves, vineyards, and the spectacular Helderberg Mountains situated in Devon Valley only 6 km from Central Stellenbosch.

The bedroom is furnished with a comfortable king-size bed and offers an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower, a toilet, and a basin. All Avemore apartments are family-friendly and guests are welcome to request a crib, baby chair and baby bath. Ample parking behind an electrical gate is offered. Our electrical fencing and fantastic security team make sure our guests feel most welcome. The apartment has a smart TV, where guests can sign into their own streaming account on the app of their choice. This accommodation has backup power during load shedding.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, bar fridge, induction plate, oven, Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher, cutlery and crockery and a breakfast nook for self-catering, making sure guests will have everything they need to make a long stay most memorable. A washer/dryer is also provided in the kitchen.

Avemore has a natural water supply that might have a slightly different colour due to naturally occurring tannins in the water, but all our water goes through a very extensive purifying system and is safe to use. As a basement unit, Rare Gem features slightly lower ceilings. Guests taller than 1.8 m may need to mind their heads, as the ceiling height is approximately 2 m.

The pool offers beautiful views where guests can unwind. Simply relax and enjoy the olive grove, or spend quiet afternoons taking in the most breathtaking views amid unspoiled nature. Guests can light the braai, pop open a bottle of local wine, swim a few laps in the communal natural pool, and truly immerse in Wineland.
