Please note that construction work is being carried out within the building on weekdays. Work is scheduled from 08:00 to 13:00 and 14:00 to 17:00, with a break from 13:00 to 14:00. All workers depart by 17:30. Guests may experience some noise and minor disruption during these hours.

Authorised staff may use body-worn cameras during evictions, safety threats, property damage, non-compliance, or trespassing. Guests will be notified that the interaction is being recorded. Cameras are only used in common or outdoor areas, never in bedrooms or bathrooms. Footage is stored securely, accessed only by authorised staff, and used only for investigations, disputes, or legal/insurance purposes, in line with South African law (POPIA & Constitution)
