Breakage Deposit

A refundable breakage deposit of R500 is payable directly to the property.

House Rules

A R 500 breakage and key deposit is payable directly to the host 2 days before the check-in date. The deposit is refundable if the unit and contents are left in the same condition.

A parking fee is payable at the office upon arrival, or book in advance to prevent disappointment.

A cleaning service can be provided between Monday and Friday by prior arrangement and at an additional cost.
