Description

Beach Break One is a self-catering apartment located in a secure complex, in Bloubergstrand, Cape Town. This complex is ideally situated within 200 m from Blouberg Beach, and within close proximity to trendy sea facing restaurants/bars and shops.

This tastefully decorated holiday apartment can accommodate up to 2 guests and consists of 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom. The bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed fitted with 300-thread cotton percale linen, and the en-suite bathroom has a shower, a basin, and a toilet. The open-plan well-equipped kitchen contains a fridge-freezer, a microwave, an oven with a hob, and a kettle.

The adjacent living area has a dining table with seating, a sofa to relax on, and a TV with a Netflix app; free Wi-Fi access is available to stream media. The living area leads out to a small patio, which has a braai facility for guests to use. In addition, the apartment contains bath sheets and towels, as well as a beach bag with beach towels and a cooler box to use for leisure picnics on the beach.

Guests have access to the complex’s communal laundry area and swimming pool. Secure parking is available in the complex as well.
