Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R2500 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
Smoking or vaping inside or on the undercover patio area is prohibited and will result in the guest forfeiting their damage deposit. In addition, guests will be liable for all costs associated with the hiring of specialised cleaning services to clean all upholstered items, curtains, deep clean etc to rid the apartment of the smell. Guests are requested to smoke outside in the garden or under the undercover parking area.
Parties or excessive noise are not allowed. Quiet hours are from 22:00 to 08:00.
Pets are not allowed.
Do not leave children unattended along the canals.
Due to pre-arranged access at the Marina’s Security, please ensure that your booking confirmation indicates the correct number of people that will be staying on the property. A guest information form will be completed by all guests prior to check-in. Only guests on the guest info form will be permitted to stay in the apartment. No unauthorised guests or day visitors allowed.
Only access to one vehicle will be granted.
The unit accommodates up to a maximum of 4 adults and 2 children under 16 years. Bookings for 6 adults will not be permitted.
A damage deposit will be charged and refunded within 7-10 working days of your departure. Please note that the breakage deposit amount will depend on the season rate. A damages contract will also be signed prior to check-in. Guests will be liable for any damages or breakages, even if in excess of the damage deposit paid.
