House Rules

Important: Before you arrive, you will be asked to complete guest verification through the third-party provider Truvi. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. You will also be given the choice between a security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver (a small fee required). Truvi will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. Please do so before arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process.

This is a strictly non-smoking home. Smoking, vaping, and Shisha are not permitted indoors. Please do not throw cigarette butts over the balcony. If guests smoke outside, use the ashtray provided and keep all windows and patio doors closed.

Guests must adhere to quiet hours between 22:00 and 8:30. No loud music is allowed, and we kindly ask that you remain considerate of the neighbours at all times.

The Body Corporate rules are available in the house manual.

Construction Notice:
Please note that construction is taking place behind the building (House Denton). Demolition has begun, and the project is expected to be completed by December 25. Work will take place during the standard municipal hours:

Weekdays: 7:15 to 17:00

Saturdays: 7:30 to 15:00

There will be noise during these hours. Kindly note that this is outside our control, and we appreciate your understanding. Please do not rate us based on this external factor, as we have provided advance notice.
