House Rules

For everyone’s comfort and safety, only registered guests are permitted on the property.
Please keep noise to a minimum, especially in the evenings, to ensure a peaceful stay for all.
Smoking is only allowed in designated outdoor areas.
A cleaning fee may apply if this rule is not respected.
No pets are allowed.
Guests use all facilities, including the pool and outdoor areas, at their own risk. Parents and guardians are responsible for the safety of children in their care.
Bergzicht Villa and its team are not liable for injury, loss, or damage during your stay.
Guests agree to indemnify Bergzicht Villa against any claims arising from their stay, including those involving children.
We reserve the right to refuse entry or ask guests to leave if house rules are not respected.
Guests are not permitted to remove towels, bedding, utensils, furniture, equipment, or any other fixtures that belong to the guesthouse from their respective rooms or other areas of the guesthouse.
Campfires or braais may only be made in designated areas and must be supervised and fully extinguished. Failure to comply can result in a fine.
