Breakage Deposit

Smoking is not allowed.
Arrival between 21:00 and 00:00 is subject to R250 late arrival fee.
Bookings of 8 nights or longer include a complimentary mid-stay clean with fresh linen.
In line with body corporate regulations, all local and international guests must be registered prior to arrival.
To confirm your booking, guest verification is mandatory. Guests are required to provide full names, contact details, clear copies of ID or passports, vehicle registration if applicable, and estimated arrival time. This information is used solely for security clearance
purposes and will remain strictly confidential.
Failure to submit these details timeously may result in delayed or denied check-in.
To promote a sustainable and comfortable experience for all guests, electricity usage is governed by a fair use policy that permits a reasonable amount of daily consumption. In the rare event of unusually high usage, a modest reimbursement may be requested.
A refundable key and breakage deposit is payable prior to check-in. The amount is determined by the quality of the establishment and is applied at the discretion of the owner or management.
