Description

Bikiberg is located in the breathtaking village of Clarens, in the Eastern Free State. The village lies at the foot of Mount Horeb and is surrounded by the Red Mountains. Clarens is only a 20-minute drive from Golden Gate National Park and a 20-minute drive from the water tunnels in Fouriesburg.

The guest house offers accommodation in 3 en-suite units.

The first unit, Blybiki, is equipped with a queen-size bed and a single bed, as well as an en-suite bathroom featuring a shower, washbasin, and toilet. It also has a separate sitting area with a fireplace and a self-catering kitchen. Promise is semi-wheelchair-friendly.

The second unit, Wagbiki, is furnished with a queen-size bed and an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower, washbasin, and toilet. It also has a single bed in a separate room and a self-catering kitchen.

Each unit is equipped with a bar fridge, toaster, tea- and coffee-making facilities, as well as an induction hob and microwave oven. Guests can therefore prepare their own meals or choose from a wide variety of restaurants in the area. All 3 units have their own entrances from the patio, and there are braai facilities in the lovely bird- and bee-friendly garden with a mountain view. Free Wi-Fi and secure off-street parking are also available.

The village offers a wide variety of restaurants, shops and art galleries, as well as horse riding, 4x4 trails, dinosaur tours, stargazing tours, Clarens Xtreme activities, many hiking trails, cheese farms, beer breweries, and many other interesting things. There are also a host of festivals held throughout the year, as well as mountain races, bike races, and motorcycle races.
