Description

Birdsong Cottage offers self-catering accommodation and is located in the peaceful village of Onrus. The property is ideally situated approximately 8 km from central Hermanus, with all its amazing attractions and facilities.

This light and airy holiday home comprises 3 carpeted bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and an open-plan living area. Two of the bedrooms each contain an extra-length queen-size bed, and the third bedroom is furnished with a double bed. Towels and bed linen are provided. The first bathroom is fitted with a shower and bath, and the second bathroom has a shower. The fully equipped kitchen contains a washing machine, dishwasher, a microwave, and other appliances.

The central sitting area offers a flat-screen TV with Netflix and Showmax apps, so guests can log in with their own credentials; a workstation area is provided for those who wish to set up personal laptops or electronics. Outside in the tranquil garden is a covered private patio area with a braai facility for guests to use. Off-street parking is available for 2 cars.

The area offers fun activities such as fishing, beaching, hiking, bird watching, and guests can visit the various wineries, amongst the many things the beautiful area has to offer.

Onrus Beach is situated approximately 1.2 km away. The cottage is located within 10 minute’s drive from the hospital, the village square is 7 km away, while La Vierge Winery is 10 km from the property. The nearest airport is Cape Town International Airport, approximately 97 km from the accommodation.
