Blinkwater 20 is a spacious self-catering unit in a beach apartment building just 30 meters from the sea in Kusweg Strand. The apartment is very centrally located within walking distance to popular restaurants and shops.
The apartment is located on the second floor and can accommodate 4 guests. The apartment has 2 large bedrooms and a bathroom. The main bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed, and the second bedroom is also furnished with a queen-size bed. From both bedrooms, there are doors to an enclosed balcony with large glass sliding windows with beautiful mountain views. Nice sun terrace, especially in the winter months. Both bedrooms also have unobstructed mountain views. The bathroom has a free-standing shower, bath, sink and toilet.
The main living area consists of an open-plan living area, dining area and a kitchen that is equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, air fryer, fridge-freezer, cutlery, crockery and tea and coffee making facilities. Guests are provided with home-baked rusks, milk, coffee, tea and sugar. Guests staying longer than 5 days receive a bottle of sparkling wine. Chocolates are in the room for your enjoyment.
The lounge area has comfortable seating and a smart TV with Netflix and DStv. Wi-Fi is also available. The open-plan living areas have full sea views with sliding doors leading to a balcony. There is also secure undercover parking. There are braai facilities and a washing machine available on the roof of the apartment building. The apartment is on the second floor and stairs provide access to the apartment, unfortunately no lift.
