The building is fully secured with secure parking and remote controlled security gates and access to the unit requires a lift as the apartment is on the second floor. There is a laundromat on the premises for guests to make use of.
Attractions include a walking distance to good restaurants like Petits Fours Delicatessen, Ons Huisie, On the Rocks and the famous Blue Peter Hotel. Visit the popular Eden on the Bay overlooking Big Bay, Seaside Village Shopping Centre and Table Bay Mall. For the wine connoisseurs visit the wine routes which include Durbanville, Paarl, Franschhoek and Stellenbosch. Have fun at Grand West including a world class ice rink.
