Please note that should the guests misplace the apartment keys and the remote control for the entrance gate then guests will be liable for the costs of replacing lost items and resetting other property remotes.

A cleaning surcharge will be charged should guests not leave the apartment in a reasonable condition or if check-out happens later than the arranged time.

Deposits will be non-refundable for non-arrival.

Guests shall take all reasonable and proper care of the property and its furniture, pictures, fittings, and effects in or on the property and leave them in the same state of repair and condition at the end of the rental period as at the beginning.

The accommodation is not serviced as we value our guest’s privacy. Cleaning materials are provided.

The apartment is non-smoking but guests are more than welcome to smoke on their private patio area.
